The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the  appointment of Mr. C.H. Kharshiing, IA&AS (1991) to the post of Planning Adviser (JS level) in North Eastern Council (NEC) Secretariat, Shillong under the Ministry of Development of North EasternRegion.
